Grace and Peace and welcome to today's point of Inspiration - Cheer up!!
 
"In the world you will have trouble, but cheer up! I have overcome the world." Do not let the worries or the strife of this life get you down. Be happy, rejoice, dance, sing. Have hope, encourage yourself, encourage one another in the word of God.  Jesus says in John 16:33 Cheer up for he has already overcome the world on our behalf.
 
We do not have to exhibit a gloom and doom mentality or affect. We don't have to be awakened by fear and doubt each morning, or be worried about what the day may bring. But we can awake and declare that this is the day that the Lord has made I will rejoice and be glad in it.  Whatever our trouble or struggle let us be reminded that we serve a God that sent his only son to set the captives free; to free us from the curse of death.  Surely if he freed us from the curse of eternal death, our modern day troubles are a small thing to him. 
 
What's got you down? Finances?  Cheer up, and follow the word of the Lord and you will have prosperity.  Tithe 10% of your first fruits, be a cheerful giver, give bountifully and God will bless you bountifully.  Are you unhappy with your career, your Boss or Manager?  Cheer up!  Be content in the station or position that the Lord has placed you in. It is for an appointed time to nurture and develop you.  To much is given much is required. Be patient and put your trust in God. He is the Promoter.
 
He opens closed doors and makes Kings out of shepherd boys.  Is it your marriage, your children, your family, your health or  maybe all the injustices you see and hear about in the world? God said he will make the crooked straight, that he is a rewarder to those that diligently seek him, that he is able to do exceedingly and abundantly more than we could ask or ever hope for.  I don't know about you, but I am already inspired and excited. He is the Hero!  No need to fear because Jesus Christ is here. Able to leap the sins of the world in just one bound.  Able to take cancer and A.I.D.S. and turn their diagnosis of death around.  Able to spread Joy, peace, hope, and love by the shedding of his blood on the cross.  Look up in the sky it's the son of God coming on a cloud!
 
My brothers and sisters meditate on things of good report and things that have virtue for what we see is temporal but what the Lord has for us is eternal.
