Isn't it good to know that we serve a God that does not let us down but he keeps and protects us - mind, body and soul? That doesn't mean that we don't experience hardships or hurtful situations, but it means that in our trouble, God is there with us - keeping us.  Do you ever wonder where we would have been if God didn't keep us - If he hadn't covered us?   I mean after all you've been through, you could have easily been placed in a psychiatric ward, but no - God's grace kept you!  His mercy kept you from the G building.  You could have left this world a long time ago from that car accident, or that terminal illness, but God said, "not so," and kept you in the land of the living for another day. 

You were worried when your wayward  child ran away from home, but God kept her from all danger seen and unseen.  When the landlord came with the eviction notice, God kept you in his perfect peace and in your right mind. We all go through troubles and hard times, but isn't it good to know that we are not forgotten or forsaken that God is able to keep us in a good portion of health, clothed, in our right mind and thankful to God for keeping us.  Let us never forget to give praise to the one that keeps us in the midst of the wilderness and in low places.  He is a keeper, in fact He is The keeper.
